Last week I was challenged by DOKU ID to do trip to Bali with their less-cash concept, which is '#NgetripHoki'! For those who didn't know, DOKU is the payment gateway company and already established for almost 10 years ! DOKU offered many solutions for us who likes to do online or offline shopping, also managing payments for our bills, bank transfer, and so on. DOKU also had an e-wallet ( digital money ), so you can withdraw money everytime through Alfamart with using your phone only!
I'm still new using this e-money concept, but I honestly think it's a good solutions for us who likes to travel ! Imagine you don't have to bring your ATM card or cash money during trip, heaven right! You don't have to worry about your belongings, you just have to bring your phone, and you're good ! DOKU still develop collaboration with many brands in Indonesia to make this happen. Right now it's not perfect yet, but it's getting there ! So right now, it is my turn to experience DOKU myself, and here goes my story with 'less-cash trip' !
So for this #NgetripHoki to Bali, first thing first is I have to booked my flight, right? For low-cost airlines in Indonesia, of course I still opted for AirAsia. Good thing about it is AirAsia already partnered with DOKU ! So you can pay with your DOKU Wallet. The process was fast, easy and no-fuss. Oh I also didn't forget to pre-booked my meal during the flight, so I can also get better deal ! AirAsia and DOKU had ongoing promotion right now, so for you who booked the domestic and international flight using DOKU, you can get discount for up to 10% ! Double win, huh !

After arriving in Bali, I've also had booked my hotel at The Haven Suites Bali Berawa, but I'm gonna do separate post about it. After checking-in, I'm looking for ideas to spend my time for enjoying Bali's sunset. Because... it's a must right?! And then there's DOKU team from Bali just invited me for dinner at Moonlite Bali ( At Anantara Seminyak ). And yes, I just found out that Moonlite was awarded as Top 10 Best Rooftop Bar in the world by Conde Nast ! Wow.... But again, I'm not that surprised since the place was indeed beautiful ! With overlooking Seminyak Beach ( that unfortunately cloudy that day ), we enjoyed all the Asian Fusion dishes ! It was pretty delish too! I will definitely coming back if I visit Bali again.
The next day, me and another blogger who also doing the trip, Wiranurmansyah, pay a visit to Elephant Safari Park at Taro, Ubud with Bali Adventure Tours. This is my first time actually, and I am excited of whats this place is all about. Turns out this spot was officially opened by the Minister of Tourism in the year 2000 after three years of development. This park also an official member of the World Zoo Association, so the Park meets International Standards for animal care and is set in more than 2 hectares of exotic eco tourism landscaped botanical gardens, surrounded by national forest ! In here you can also stay the night at their Lodge, and also had personal interactions with the elephants, such as bathing and feeding them ! Perfect for Elephants-Lovers !

So far, I do feel the benefits of using DOKU. First, you can budget and control your expenses during the trip with the Apps, Second, you can save more and get more benefits since DOKU also expanding their merchants ! Third, you don't have to look for your bank ATM in Bali, you can just go to nearby Alfamart to get your cash money. All of those benefits you can get with using your phone only! Easy right? Oh, I also have tried transfering money to other bank accounts, and top up my phone pulse, and it was done very fast and easy.
