C's is offering the new concept of their Sunday Brunch. In C's you can have unlimited servings of premium meats, seafood and also other comforting dishes. What I love about C's are their commitment in serving 'Farm To Table' concept ( you can check out my previous post here ), and even though this is a 'buffet', they're still put attention to detail.
The Sunday Brunch available from 11.30 AM to 3.00 PM. It is priced at IDR 700.000,-/ person or IDR 900.000,-/person ( with Premium Wines & Beers ). If you want to enjoy the brunch with Taittinger Brut, Taittinger Rose, Beer and Premium Wines it's IDR 1.100.000,-/person.
To start the brunch, we can savor some appetizer or light meals. Such as this Smoked Salmon Salad, Tomatoes and Mozzarella Salad, Herbs Baby Potatoes, Mushroom and...... Foie Gras !
Since C's is all about the steak and seafood, you won't miss their fresh seafood don't you! Alaskan King Crab, Lobster, Crawfish also Jumbo Prawns. All was fresh, but I just hope they're not overcooked the Lobster since it's was a bit chewie.
Meat-eaters, you can have the Top Sirloin, Tenderloin or Lamb Chops. They cooked it medium rare, and it was good! Don't expect a super tender meats, because they serve the kind of meats that still have a bite in it.
You can also have the Asian dishes that they serve, like Singaporean Chili Crab, Peking Duck, Dimsum, Indonesian Fried Rice, and many more ! The one you can't miss their Truffle Mac and Cheese. Soo good !
Of course to top it all off, is the dessert ! C's made various flavor of ice cream and sorbets, and I loveeeeee it. Oh my... I had my second cup that day. haha... Loving the hazelnut ice cream, which tasted like eating a nutella or ferrero rocher!
