Yes, it's Turning Point Coffee! Located at the shophouses ( aka ruko ) just the opposites of Pahoa School, finally... you could have a good coffee in this area.
Owned by a dear friend of mine, Joseph and Angel, who happens to be in the same church with my high school friend who lives in Melbourne ! What a small world isn't it ? Yes after many-many years of living in Melbourne, this couple finally decided to back to Jakarta and open this specialty coffee shop.
This couple is really a coffee-freak ! They're really passionate about it and you definitely can feel it when you're visiting this place. Angel, already worked as a Barista in Market Lane - Melbourne, and yes, she's the one who will serves your coffee.
That time when I visit there, it's actually a day before they're officially open. Thanks guys for having me !
I love their space though! It was so airy, especially the back area ! Love that space much! Instagenic! :D
Because they're not officially open that day, so not all of the menus are available. That time I'm having some Ethiopian Sidamo ( or also Sidama ), roasted by a nano roaster Hideo Gunawan, in V60. It was a fruity and a bright cup !
For the Cold Drinks, we opted for Iced Chocolate. They also add some Vanilla Ice Cream to this one ! The flavor was good and milky! My nephew loves it :)
They also served tea from Havilla. That time is the Oolong Tea from Nepal. The color was quite dark compared to the Chinese Oolong, and the flavor was quite floral.
Overall, this place is a must visit when you're visiting Gading Serpong area ! They're also serving a delish desserts. Once again, thanks Joseph and Angel for having me, and I wish you the best !
