Bali : Monsieur Spoon

From my last trip to Bali, me and my friends booked a villa around Canggu area. And when I pass this french bakery, the name does rings a bell to me. After I google it ( yeah I googled everything :p ) I just found out that this place is one of the best bakery in Bali!
So here I am, even though the rest of my friends still on their bed, I woke up early, and woke some of my friends ( who could get up), and having a frenchy-breaky. Oui ?

I loveeeee their interior. The grey-cemented wall, wooden furniture, a display of freshly baked pastries and bread, I'm in heavennnnnnn ! They're also had spacious outdoor area, so while in Bali, why not enjoying the weather outside?

 

 

Look at that Charcoal Baguette!

Okay, I really feel confuse which one to pick, since everything looks yummy. But a friend of mine who live in Bali recommend their Apple Chausson - IDR 25.000,-. So that's my first pick. It was nice though! The crust was crispy and and light. The filling was also nice, even though I personally think it needs to be more generous :p

Then I opted for ( Small ) Almond Croissant - IDR 14.000,-. Omg, this croissant was soooooo good!! One of the best I ever had. Even though the textures wasn't as flaky as usual croissant, the crispy crust was sooo delish with almonds on top. I also love the soft dough in the middle with lovely vanilla taste. Definitely a must have !

This one is the big one

Mini Lemon Meringue Tartlet - IDR 15.000,-. This one was also delish! I love how the pie crust was not too thick and it's crumbly, and the filling was really nice with tangy lemony flavor.

Focaccia - IDR 12.000,-. 

Cappucino - IDR 30.000,-
