Nottingham : The Pudding Pantry

Through a friend of mine, I make a new friend here in Nottingham ! He was so kind, definitely a foodie, and when we're looking for a place to have brunch, a friend of him recommend to try this new place in Notts !
Love this design!

I fell in love with this place at the first sight. They used my fave color ( mint color! ) throughout the space, and I love their simple, clean design.

They said that they were an artisan coffee shop, so I definitely trying some of their coffee. I opted for some Latte, and they were good ! The coffee has a good body in it. I'm quite surprised though since Nottingham wasn't a big city, but it's good to found a good quality of coffee here besides the chains.

My friend ordered Chai Latte, and he said it was good as well.

They don't have extensive savory menu here, but they serve many kinds of desserts. I opted for some Goats Cheese and Caramelised Onions Quiche - £5.95. It was quite nice with pungent cheese taste, and I'm kind of like how they use the purple cabbage for the coleslaw. Pleasing the eye !

A friend of mine opted for Pulled Pork Sandwich - £4.95. This one was quite delish too. The pulled pork was tender and savory, and a layer of coleslaw gives a nice crunch to it. Nice !

For dessert, we tried one that really catch our attention, Bacon Brownies - £ 2.95. Yes, Baconnnnn ! Lols. But too bad though, this one a bit failed. The texture was so dry and tough. There's no flavor of the bacon, even the chocolate.

  1. The espresso has a decent body in it. I'm very astonished however since Nottingham wasn't a major city, yet it's great to establish a decent nature of espresso here other than the chains. Goats Cheese and Caramelized Onions Quiche. It was very decent with impactful cheddar taste, and I'm somewhat similar to how they utilize the purple cabbage for the coleslaw. Satisfying the eye !
