Food/ Restaurant Review : Velpa

Just another try out at Gandaria City mall, I found this restaurant quite interesting. Located just at the front of T- Rex ( karaoke place ), you're just captivated by their wine display at the front area.

Velpa - Restaurant - Cocktail and Winepost. Kayanya dari namanya sudah cukup jelas yah konsep restoran ini apa :P Yep. Seiringnya dengan bertumbuhnya demand masyarakat Jakarta dengan Wine, tampaknya restoran ini just come in a right time.

Atmosphere :
Interior Velpa sendiri lebih didominasi dengna unsur kayu- kayuan. Ada dua lantai untuk area makannya. Area bawah lengkap dengan suasana wine rack, area atas lebih didominasi tempat duduk dengan sofa- sofanya. Waktu itu saya makan pada hari sabtu malam, tempatnya cukup ramai karena ada yang mengadakan pesta ulang tahun, ada juga suguhan live music dan beberapa orang menari salsa. Just a great vibe ! :)

I just love food at Velpa. I love the presentation and I also love the taste ! Most of them was taste quite delicious :) Here's the review of what I and my friends have, enjoy !

Starter, Antipasti Sampler - 54k. Ada chicken wing, fried mushroom dan nachos.

Chicken Quesadilla - 36k

Crab Asparagus Soup - 35k. I don't really like this one. Agak amis rasanya.

Oh iya di Velpa sendiri juga ada masakan Asian Foodnya loh, tapi untuk kali ini kami semua memesan makanan ala Italian dan Western. For main course ada Texas Back Ribs - 142k. Bumbu barbequenya enak sekali ! Dagingnya juga lembut dan enak. Dilengkapi dengan mashed potato dan jagung.

Chicago Salmon Steak - 108k. Salmonnya fresh and cook to perfection. Nice !

Chicken Steak Pasta- 78k. Chicken steaknya enak banget dengan bumbu barbequenya. Pasta dimasak dengan jamur dan creamy style.

Chicken Gordon Bleu & Linguini Carbonara - 110k. I love the presentation !

Calzon Normale - 42k. Dilengkapi dengan italian dressing salad, It's quite delicious too !
Nah yang ini maaf agak lupa namanya ;p Kalau gak salah Bolognaise Spaghetti with Beef Steak - around 70k.

Dessert, Mealty Chocolate - 42k. This dish is cook to perfection! Pas dibelah, langsung keluar deh lelehan coklatnya. A dessert to die for !

Drinks, Velpa Punch -35k and Iced Jasmine Tea - 25k.

Berry Cream Cheese - 35k.

Ice pepppermint tea - 25k.
